We use ads to monetize the App. One partner is Unity Ads a well known provider of the Unity game engine. The game is build on a custom engine but integrates Unity's ad services (Unity Ads). It allows our app to deliver you ads from a range of ad partners. We integrated the SDK 4.+ (or later) into our app and it collects data to provide you with ads. For countries that have strict privacy regulations in place (like GDPR in the EU) an integrated consent solution is available. It allows you to give or withdraw your consent to Unity Ads and partners to track you or not. It also gives you a detailed list of all partners involved.

It allows our app to deliver you ads from a range of ad partners. We integrated the Appodeal SDK 2.9.1 (or later) into our app and it collects data to provide you with ads. When you download the App from an Appstore or perform an inApp purchase you enter a contract with the Appstore owner. As an app developer we do not have access to any of your payment or contract data. The store provider is responsible for that and you agree to their terms & conditions and privacy policy.
The App may only be usable in combination with the Appstore installed on your device. The App uses the store APIs to enable the App to provide features like inApp purchase. Those privacy aspects are covered by the store's privacy & terms that you needed to accept before download the App.
Personal data are treated as strictly confidential and are not divulged to third parties without the User’s consent unless this is necessary for the purpose of maintaining the game service, optimizing the game, processing enquiries or customer care. The data may also be disclosed if its disclosure is required by law.
Furthermore, contractual and utilization data are collected, processed and used by Publisher pursuant to Sections 14 & 15 of the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz – TMG) and Section 28 of the German Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG). From 25th of May 2018, contractual and utilization data are collected, processed and used by Publisher pursuant to Article 6 (1) 1 lit. b of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our app from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our app is structured to attract anyone under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at mail@xtoff.games. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We may, on our own initiative or at your request, supplement, correct or delete any incomplete, erroneous or outdated data stored in connection with the operation of the App.
We will delete data in compliance with applicable law promptly upon User’s request, unless we are required to keep your data on file under applicable law.

The App offers web links so you can contact us on social media (e.g. our Twitter account). We use social media services to stay in contact and share news about our content. If you use those links you leave the App and for those services the privacy policy and regulations of the given service apply. If you do not click on a social media link then no data is transmitted to the social media service.
Information provided on this page always relates to the newest version of the App. Due to updates and improvements in the app there might be changes. For improper use of the app (e.g. enter personal data into fields that are not meant for that) we cannot be reliable.
