(hereinafter referred to as ‘Publisher’, ‘we’/’us’ or ’developer’). It offers you as the user (hereinafter referred to as ‘User’ or ‘you’) the opportunity to play an endless jumper game within the App.

Your privacy is important to us. In what follows, we will provide you with information about how we use your personal data when you use our App and which rights you have with respect to our use of your personal data. Data we collect and the way we use the data

General Information

To improve performance and analyze how users interact with our App we collect anonymized general information like:

That data is grouped by a randomized ID that changes every time you install the game and therefore is not suitable to track you. Also this data is never intermixed with personal information (not even the IP is stored).
We collect that data in our self hosted solution and that data is not visible or shared with any third-party. The legal basis being Article 6(1) 1 lit. f GDPR.

Google AdMob and Google Funding Choices

We use ads to monetize the App. As a partner we selected Google AdMob a trustworthy institution in that area with high standards for safety and compliance to local regulations. We integrated the AdMob-SDK and by this the App the following information might be shared with Google and Partners:

For countries that have strict privacy regulations in place (like GDPR in the EU) we implemented a consent solution that allows you to give or withdraw your consent to Google and partners to track you or not. It also gives you a detailed list of all partners involved. We disabled in AdMob the option for analytics and defer the AdMob SDK initialization. For more details please read Google Funding Choices

Game Services

The App may allow you to access common game services on your device. If you decide to make use of them their privacy policy applies.

Other Data

When you download the App from an Appstore or perform an inApp purchase you enter a contract with the Appstore owner. As an app developer we do not have access to any of your payment or contract data. The store provider is responsible for that and you agree to their terms & conditions and privacy policy.

The App may only be usable in combination with the Appstore installed on your device. The App uses the store APIs to enable the App to provide features like inApp purchase. Those privacy aspects are covered by the store's privacy & terms that you needed to accept before download the App.

Personal data are treated as strictly confidential and are not divulged to third parties without the User’s consent unless this is necessary for the purpose of maintaining the game service, optimizing the game, processing enquiries or customer care. The data may also be disclosed if its disclosure is required by law.

Furthermore, contractual and utilization data are collected, processed and used by Publisher pursuant to Sections 14 & 15 of the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz – TMG) and Section 28 of the German Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG). From 25th of May 2018, contractual and utilization data are collected, processed and used by Publisher pursuant to Article 6 (1) 1 lit. b of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Our commitment to data security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Nonetheless, making available your personal data, whether in person, by telephone or online, is always associated with certain risks, and no technical system is completely immune to manipulation or sabotage.

Our commitment to children's privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our app from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our app is structured to attract anyone under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at mail@xtoff.games. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

How we process and delete data

We may, on our own initiative or at your request, supplement, correct or delete any incomplete, erroneous or outdated data stored in connection with the operation of the App.

We will delete data in compliance with applicable law promptly upon User’s request, unless we are required to keep your data on file under applicable law.

Requesting data from this website, to read this page, is designed to collect as minimal data as technical possible. There is no tracking in place. For more details please refer to our privacy site (website privacy).

Social media

The App offers web links so you can contact us on social media (e.g. our Twitter account). We use social media services to stay in contact and share news about our content. If you use those links you leave the App and for those services the privacy policy and regulations of the given service apply. If you do not click on a social media link then no data is transmitted to the social media service.

Information provided on this page always relates to the newest version of the App. Due to updates and improvements in the app there might be changes. For improper use of the app (e.g. enter personal data into fields that are not meant for that) we cannot be reliable.
